ARCHITECTURAL MODEL

FDM technology (wire deposition) enables unique parts to be produced quickly and at a low cost. This explains its popularity with architects to produce their models.

Conception & Modelling
Shana Simah was working on a building with two wings and three floors. She needed a model to visualise the different parts of the project. PROD 3D advised her on how to adapt her 3D model to make it printable.

Production through 3D printing
The right wing was built as a single block, which allows the external architecture of the building to be appreciated. The left wing was divided into floors, allowing the observation of the interior architecture of each floor.
The models were manufactured in 48 hours, thanks to our large machine park. Large size printers were used, in order to better represent the majesty of the building.
