Your personal data is your property, and we respect it. You will find below all the information about the data we collect and how it is processed (storage and use). We assure you that all data collected is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679. We update this privacy policy regularly to reflect any regulatory changes and to comply with our commitments

4. How are confidentiality and security guaranteed in the processing of my personal data?
We guarantee that your personal data will be treated confidentially and that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been taken to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in accordance with the relevant regulations.

5. What do we process your personal data for?
At PROD 3D, we process your data for the primary purpose of maintaining our list of business contacts, customers and prospects. Prospects only include people who have actively contacted us, via the website form or email.
If you have received a request for permission and have given it to us, we may process your data for the purpose of sending marketing communications. We undertake to keep these communications limited in number and relevant to you.

6. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the sole purpose of maintaining a good business relationship.
If you are an individual customer or if you represent a business customer, your data will be stored in accordance with the legal, fiscal and judicial time limits (art. 6.1.f of the RGPD).
If you have simply requested information via the website or by email, your data will be kept for one year after your last request in order to ensure quality follow-up. If you agree, your data will be kept for a longer period in order to send you commercial information. In this case, we will keep your data for as long as you do not express your opposition to continue receiving our communications. You may request that your data be deleted at any time by clicking on the link at the end of each marketing email, or by emailing info@prod3d.paris

7. Will your data be shared with third parties?
Your personal data may only be communicated to the following entities
- Public bodies, judges and courts, where we are legally required to provide them.
- External companies that are necessary to process your order, where they exist.
We sign a data processing agreement with each external company involved, which is in line with our own obligations.
They are therefore obliged, among other things, to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, to process personal data solely and exclusively for the agreed purposes and in accordance with our instructions, and to delete the data once their service has been completed.

8. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain access to all personal data collected by PROD 3D, and may request the
following modifications:
- Request a correction (personal data that are inaccurate or erroneous).
- Request deletion
- Request the restriction of their use
- Request data portability (you have the right to receive in electronic format the personal data you have provided to us,
as well as to request us to transfer them to a third party of your choice).
- Change the consent given (in the case where the legitimacy of the processing is based on the consent of the person concerned, for example in the sending of commercial communications)
