Each material used in additive manufacturing has specific characteristics. By combining different technologies (Polyjet, FDM, SLA, SLS, SLM) with materials of different properties, colours or textures, the possibilities to meet your needs are endless.
Polyjet
This highly accurate Stratasys technology allows to produce parts with unbeatable aesthetics. It allows the blending of different colours, elasticities, and textures in the same part.

acrylic resins which, once mixed, can reach all the colours of the pantone, but also be transparent and/or flexible: from 30ShA to 100ShA

Vero, Vivid, Agilus
FDM: Fused Deposition Modelling
It was the first 3D printing technology on the market. Fast and inexpensive, we use it mainly for tooling, to prototype certain mechanisms, or even body parts thanks to our large size machines.
Our Polyjet materials:

Vero, Vivid, Agilus
SLA: Stereolithography
This technology is very precise (from 50 to 100 microns) and the compatible resins are very efficient and sterilisable. We use it to manufacture small mechanical parts as well as medical applications or single-colour sculptures.
Our SLA materials:
coloured, elastic, flexible, translucent, high temperature, wax (for lost wax moulds).
SLS : Selective Laser Sintering
SLS allows to manufacture high-performance and durable parts. Some of the materials we use with this technology are biobased and biocompatible.
It is ideal for printing prototypes or parts that will be in contact with the skin.

PA11 et PA12.
SLM
Cette technologie, qui consiste à fusionner de poudre de métal grâce à un laser très puissant, nous permet de fabriquer des pièces métalliques avec d’excellentes propriétés mécaniques.
Les applications sont multiples : outillage, moules pour l’injection plastique, implants, pièces mécaniques…
