Conception & Modelling
The cardiac surgeons who operate on children for Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque see rare and complex pathologies. They wanted to be able to share with their staff some of the pathologies they have encountered and explain the procedures they used during the operation

Production through 3D printing
The print file was made from CT scans taken by the medical team of the Marie Lannelongue Hospital on a young patient, then printed with a resin that gives a consistency close to that of the heart fibres. The surgeon was thus able to reproduce, for the benefit of his staff, the gestures made during the operation, explaining his choices.
